We want you to love your Watchmodstation timepiece. If you've purchased a watch from our ready-to-ship collection and it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund. A 7% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of processing and handling. The watch must be in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Custom & Commissioned Pieces: Due to the bespoke nature of these creations, all custom watch orders are considered final. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on these unique, personalised builds.

All return shipping and associated customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable.

 

How We Ship Your Watch

 

Every Watchmodstation piece is handled with care. Here’s a breakdown of our shipping process:

• Standard Orders: We usually require 2-5 business days to prepare your order. Shipping with our express courier partner then takes an estimated 3-5 days.

• Made-to-Order Watches: Building a custom watch takes time. The estimated delivery for these special projects is roughly 3 weeks from the time you place your order. Please understand that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary. We will keep you updated on the progress of your watch as it is crafted.

 

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we can ship worldwide. If you are able to place an order becayuse your shipping area is not listed on the website, please send us a message so we can check the shipping costs for your destination. 

Shipping to Europe is included in the price. However, some destinations in Europe have a surcharge due to high shipping prices. For example, this applies to the island of Malta, the Canary Islands, or the island of Sardinia. If you reside in one of these destinations, once you place your order, I will send you a link to pay the additional shipping cost.
